I’m Gaby, a humanistic coach supporting capable, driven women who feel stuck, unclear, or caught in indecision as they approach the next chapter they’re craving. You may be in your late 20s or 30s with a solid CV, yet question whether the path you’re on still fits. The choices feel heavier now: career shifts, relationships, identity, where to live, who to become.
Instead of clarity, you find yourself overthinking. Instead of confidence, you hesitate, staying in roles or relationships longer than you want, or feeling unsure how to navigate new opportunities.
Through coaching, we work with real situations from your life to understand how you’re making decisions, unhelpful behavioural patterns you might not see and what matters to you now. From there, we turn insight into practical, sustainable steps forward.

For over a decade, I worked in corporate Learning & Development, creating the conditions for people to learn, grow, and unlock their potential. That experience shapes how I coach. My approach is non-directive. Rather than telling you what to do, I facilitate thoughtful conversation that helps you uncover your own insight and generate meaningful change. Coaching with me is a structured space to slow down and understand yourself more deeply. Together, we explore real-world situations and the patterns influencing your choices, assumptions, and behaviours. My role is to act as a thoughtful mirror and thinking partner. I listen carefully, ask precise questions, and hold space for honest reflection, so awareness can turn into practical, sustainable action. Clients often leave sessions feeling clearer and steadier, because they’ve reconnected with their own capability and sense of direction. Alongside coaching training, I bring a background in psychology and over a decade in corporate Learning & Development, as well as lived experience of career shifts, international moves, and significant life transitions. If you feel a pull toward change, even if you can’t fully articulate it yet, this is a space to explore it properly. You don’t need someone to teach you who to become. You already have it within you.

Your journey begins with a free 30 minute discovery call. A relaxed conversation where we explore what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’d like to gain, and whether we’re the right fit to work together. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and for me to explain my coaching style.

Step 2: Personalised coaching sessions
If we decide to work together, we’ll begin your coaching journey - a space entirely at your pace, goals, and growth. Each session lasts around 60 minutes. Sessions are online via Microsoft Teams, with in-person coming soon!

Your first session is the price of a coffee. Whether you’re making a one-off decision, exploring something specific, or simply curious to give it a go. There’s absolutely no pressure; you’re free to continue, pause, or not go ahead at all. The choice is always yours.
3-Session Package (3-6 weeks)
300 ILS/£65 or 120 ILS/£25 per session
A great place to start. Three sessions give us time to explore your goals, uncover what’s beneath the surface, and begin putting insight into practice.
The 6-Session Package (6–12 weeks)
600 ILS / £125 total or 110 ILS/ £22 per session

While I'm completing my professional diploma, I offer a reduced rate. This allows clients to access high-quality, fully present coaching while I continue to develop under supervision.

Between sessions, you’ll have the space to reflect on insights, try new approaches, and integrate what we discuss into daily life. I’ll share reflection prompts or tools if helpful, all aimed at supporting your ongoing personal development and well-being.

What is the difference between coaching & therapy?
It’s a question I get asked a lot. Both coaching and therapy give you space to pause, reflect, and grow but they focus on different things. Therapy often looks to the past. It helps you understand and heal from experiences or emotions that might still be shaping how you feel today. Coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to go next. It’s about clarity, confidence, and taking action, with someone walking beside you as you explore what’s possible. In transformational coaching, we go a little deeper. It’s not just about setting goals or ticking boxes, it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, noticing what might be holding you back and learning to trust your own inner wisdom as you move forward.

What qualifications do you have? I see so many people becoming "life coaches" now?
It’s true! Coaching has become a bit of a buzzword lately, and not all “coaches” are actually trained. I’m currently completing my Transformational Coaching Diploma with Animas Centre for Coaching, a school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC), and aligned with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). This means the programme meets internationally recognised standards for professional coaching covering over 100 hours of accredited training, observed practice, mentoring, and supervision. Alongside this, I bring over a decade of experience in learning design and psychology, helping people grow, build confidence, and connect with their purpose. I’m also committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice... because great coaching isn’t a one-time qualification, it’s a lifelong commitment to growth.

What kinds of topics can we explore together?
Anything that feels important to you. Coaching isn’t about fixing, it’s about exploring what’s going on beneath the surface and finding clarity in the areas that matter most. I aim to make you feel empowered and the most authentic version of YOU!
